The hotel is centrally located with being near to all major attractions and shopping places in the city , Great room and service . Recommended to stay

Lovely overnight stay for work. Friendly staff, comfortable and felt safe for someone travelling alone. Would be great to have a bit more choice re: tea/coffee for decaff/herbal

Close to the Cardiff Castle and train station. Wifi not the best and would drop out when using. Easy walk to dining options and shops.

I would always stay a the Royal Hotel, because the Staff are very friendly and helpful ,plus the hotel is in the right place highly recommended

When arriving to our room we noticed stains on our bed we looked past this however in the morning when having a shower the water was very cold. Decided to have a cup of tea and the milk looked off , had lumps in it. No one asked us on reception how our stay was . I left a note in the room and also the cups with the milk in so they could see. We stayed here on 13/1/24
