Za cenę tego hotelu byłem bardzo zadowolony. Obsługa nie była wszystkim, czym mogła być, prawdopodobnie dlatego, że w recepcji była tylko jedna osoba. ONA była przepracowana. Biorąc to pod uwagę, była wydajna. Potrzebowałem obsługi pokoju, w końcu zrezygnowałem z tego, ponieważ była zbyt zajęta. Poza tym była równa miejscom dwukrotnie droższym. W pobliżu znajduje się również Dairy Queen.

前台人員比較熱情，但是一進屋內就是一股發黴的味道，設備陳舊，如果是旅行，這些是很影響心情的，優點衹是周圍買東西比較方便，有餐飲

Place was nice. Easily fit my family of 5. Had the room with kitchenette, 1 burner doesn't work well. Hot tub is not very hot and pool water feels quite cold. Continental breakfast was ok. I've had better.

All good for the price. Room had been smoked in but they dealt with it right away. The slide in the pool is good. The hot tub isn’t hot enough but the beds are perfect for anything you can think of doing on them.😈😺👺

The room was good. The light as you entered didn't work. The chair by the desk needs replacing. The shower curtain is in a terrible state.

The hotel is well located in Castlegar and reasonably priced but our room wasn't great and the front desk intimated that that was because we booked online. We had a handicap room with bars around the toilet which wasn't great.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The property is a bit older but it is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The furnishings are nice and in good repair. I would definitely stay here again.
