Lokalizacja jest w samym sercu zabytkowego centrum, przy tętniącej życiem Via Etnea. Wysokość ulicy jest idealna do zwiedzania katedry z jednej strony i amfiteatru z drugiej.
Spodziewałem się od hotelu czegoś więcej, biorąc pod uwagę, że jest to hotel 4-gwiazdkowy: porysowane drzwi i szafy, poplamione ściany, trochę szorstkie sprzątanie, podarta zasłona, łazienka z czarnymi silikonowymi fugami. Styl jest trochę zbyt kiczowaty jak na mój gust.

I liked this hotel. Central and close to airport. Rooms and all Hotel very clean and excellent service. Breakfast very good too .

Love the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended.
The property is right opposite the Rinascente depar**ental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.

The location of the hotel is great - right on the hottest street of Catania downtown.
The front desk staffs are very polite and friendly, especially the lady on duty on the day when we checked in (2 Jan 23). She introduced everything to us and led us to the room personally!
I love this hotel, would definitely recommend it to all tourists.

酒店在繁華的步行街邊上，商店餐館很多，購物吃飯方便。酒店房間舒適。服務人員熱情。
早餐自助簡單，是半服務式的，煎蛋、開水、咖啡都需要服務員幫助。
房間裏電源插座比較少。
