Czysty i zadbany hotel, miła i pomocna obsługa, bardzo smaczne siadania ( bardziej urozmaicone, nie tylko na słodko). Świetna lokalizacja, w centrum ale nie na głównej ulicy Via Etanea dzięki czemu nie było głośno, blisko przystanek skąd odjeżdża autobus Alibus na lotnisko.

Great Stay - Very helpful lady at the reception - printed some documents for me no problem. Clean large rooms and nice showers. Good Breakfast included in the price. It’s about 15 minutes walk into the center of town. Would definitely stay again and the price of the rooms present good value for money. Thanks

The place was amazing, clean and very good breakfast. The staff was very helpful as we did self check in and they send us all the details we needed. The room was very clean and amazing. Breakfast was amazing, bread croissants, biscuits, herbal teas, fruits and yougurt

The hotel had a nice modern feel to it, and was incredibly clean and tidy. We had a slight hiccup with our air-conditioner however as typical it was for the hotel, the staff were super accommodating and worked on a solution quickly. I ended up staying there an additional two nights!

Great location and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great just with the right food options. Room was very clean and the balcony was beautiful. Surprisingly quiet building considering that is located in a very busy street. The keypad control access make the hotel very safe.

The girls are extremely helpful and professional . This place was a last minute booking and a god send after a shockingly poor hotel before we couldn’t tolerate!

The Check-In and contact was uncomplicated. The staff was very friendly and supportive. They created a good atmosphere!
The only thing, we missed a little bit of the typical fresh fruits from Sicily at breakfast.
All in all, we can recommend the Otto Mood Ala Ovest!!

The property had plumbing issues like crazy! No ac worked, the bathroom showers flooded the entire bedroom and bathroom. Guest services were never Available. Also the area surrounding the building was extremely dirty. Stays away!

The room is clean, brand new. The location near Bellini is good. The breakfast is copious with fresh croissants and homemade cakes, fruits, yogurts, and salty food. However the airconditioner is not strong enough for the room with 5 people.
