Hotel znajdował się około 15 do 20 minut spacerem od centrum, ale znajduje się w ładnej okolicy ze sklepami i restauracjami w odległości kilku przecznic.
Obsługa była dobra, a śniadanie też było dobrej jakości.

Clean and safe hotel, spacious room with good spread of breakfast. Walking distance to Etnea (shopping belt), with several restaurants in vicinity. Enjoyed our stay there. Appreciate the staff for helping to arrange a room for us where we do not have to change room as we join our tour group that started with a night stay at this hotel.

Le seul NH en Italie qui m'a déplu, alors que cette chaîne est très bonne.
Immeuble fatigué, accueil sans plus, j'ai été mal servi parce que je ne parlais pas italien, car tout italien qui venait demander quelque chose était servi immédiatement. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié.
La chambre avait une déco sombre et sale, très fatiguée. Aucun service proposé mais en plus il fallait payer 3€ la petite bouteille d'eau quand c'est en général offert gratuitement. Bruyant car la chambre donnait sur la rue de circulation voiture. Elle était trop chaude à 26 degrés et le thermostat ne fonctionnait plus.
Bref encore une chambre pourrie que l'on refile au touriste pigeon de l'étranger.
Le petit déjeuner était bien mais non généreux, sans plus par rapport aux autres NH, en plus le service de table est bruyant, ranger en jetant fourchette assiette brutalement en faisant des bruits insupportables, ça commence mal la journée.
L'hôtellerie à Catane est la pire de toute la Sicile, il faut vraiment penser à moderniser, à changer le personnel dont l'accueil date d'une autre époque.

My most recent stay at the NH Catania Centro was exceptional. Mr. Paola went beyond what I would call exceptional service. I unfortunately left my Apple Airpods in my room after check out. And I was already at the airport for my flight. In my distress I called the front desk to see if there was anything that could be done. Thankfully Mr. Paola answered the phone. He assured me that he could help. Once he got off work, he offered to bring the airpods to a friend of mine at a hotel over 30 mins away. I cannot describe how much this meant. I was shocked by how kind and selfless this was. I fully expected to have to replace my very expensive airpods. I am so thankful to Mr. Paola for his exceptional customer service. THANK YOU MR. PAOLO for helping make my stay at the NH Cantania Centro exceptional. I cannot wait to return. And when I do Mr. Paola, beers are on me. Cheers.

The NH Catania hotel in Catania was an efficient and well run hotel. Unfortunately we were there during renovations on one of the floors which was a minor noisy problem. Otherwise it is a nice urban hotel without any pretensions within walking distance of the historic center. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well and we particularly liked the bar tender, Daniel. It also has a spacious, sunny breakfast room which had a relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.
