İnanılmaz kötü bir otel. Akşam 9’dan sonra resepsiyon otelden ayrılıyormuş. Tesadüfen otele girebildim. Başka şeyleri saymıyorum. Uzak durun.

le foto dell'hotel non rispecchiano assolutamente le condizioni reali, camere non pulitissime e forte puzza di fumo, lenzuola vecchie e bucate, muri danneggiati e sporchi bagno e doccia incrostai di calcate e pulizia approssimativa. mistero dove abbia preso le 3 stelle. in zona centrale ma sopra un grande mercato ( dal lunedi al sabato) con conseguente rumore fin dalle 6 del mattino.

Nous sommes arrivés le soir. Nous avions demandé à l'hôtel de nous prendre en navette. Nous sommes tombés sur un homme qui n'avait visiblement pas les idées claires (confond sa voiture sur le parking, se trompe de route, pas de ceinture, pas de masque...). Bref, préférez un véritable taxi que leur service navette !! La rue de l'hôtel et le quartier en venant de l'aéroport sont délabrés, mais l'hôtel se situe à proximité immédiate du centre ville. Il y a un marché tous les matins, ça peut réveiller. D'autant que la chambre est très bruyante, nous avons dû débrancher le frigo. Bien pour une nuit...

The property was dirty with rusted shower head, broken lights, dirty shower tray, cigarettes in the toilet, marks on wall, open roof hatch, broken door and marked bedding. The room smelt strongly of smoke and the windows were dirty. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The bed could not be used as it was so dirty and the shower unsafe. I have stayed in basic hotels before but this was dirty, smelly and unsafe.

They told us that checkin is available since 9pm however there was nobody in 8pm. I had to call staff and thankfully she explained to me how to make self checkin. That was not a good start however the next day they kindly offered a free breakfast.
Bed was not comfortable however, all other stuff was nice.
lady in the reception was so kind , and helpful.

Fantastic location. Everywhere nearby. We were in December, so the radiators were a big plus, which were only on the first day, but there was also air conditioning that could be heated at night.
Towels not changed even once for a 3 night stay. The room was only cleaned once (after the second night).
The big downside was the terrible stench upon entering the hotel. The smell was no longer felt in the room.

It's a small, cozy and friendly hotel located in the town centre of Catania. It's very easy to each from the airport (airport bus) and the metro station is just 1 min by walk. You can easily reach the Central train station by taking the metro. There is a Penny supermarket very close to the hotel. During the day, there is also a market just in the same street of the hotel building so you will see the movement of the vendors and get a closer look of the life of Catania! We had breakfast included and the hotel gave us vouchers to use in a nearly bar so it's very convenient. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the town centre to see the fish market, Duomo, and loads of restaurants. People in Catania are so friendly and nice. We enjoyed very much our evening walk around the main streets near Duomo where people were playing music and painting pictures. From Catania, we booked a day tour to Etna and we spent another day in Taomina. Taomina is easy to reach either by bus or train and it's worth to visit!
