Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa

Hotel is older, in a generally shabby appearance upstairs. Bathroom sink had a crack and the HVAC can not be adjusted in the room. Temp was permanently set at 73F, probably so that they did not need a comforter on the bed. Light bulbs in bathroom were dim enough to make shaving difficult. Room was clean but only come every three days to tidy the room. So the bed is never made, sheets never changed, towels not replaced, until you hit the 4th day. I complained to the front desk and this was laid out for me without apology or explanation. Hotel gym is small, and you have to walk past the ****** to get to it. I’d prefer not to be on display going to/from the gym. I’ll be staying elsewhere next time I come to Tulsa.

The instructions to go to your hotel room floor, could be better. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get help.

The room smelled like smoke so we were given another room which also smelled like smoke. We asked for a room in a non-smoking area. I will not stay there again.

Hardrock is always a great place to stay . They need to do some updating on showers but rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable!!

Love this hotel! Just the ambience and details. ****** well set up and great selection of games. Also love the upstairs lounge seats in front of televisions to view the games!

The heater in the room did not work and all the restaurants were closed except for a food court. Would not recommend it.

Over-all our stay was good and we had alot of fun! I rated our stay a 3 out of 5 stars. One of our first red flags was the cleanliness. I always sanitize before we use anything or lay down in our room and the bathroom counter had yellow residue all over it when I wiped it down. Then when we were brushing our teeth we noticed the water wasn't draining so my husband pulled the drain up and some sort of brown gunk/slime was blocking the way. We cleaned it and all but definitely not something you'd expect to see on the first night. The next morning we ate at the Diner and the hostess as well as our server were not friendly and were definitely not morning people. But everyone else we came in contact with were absolutely friendly and so helpful! I loved that there were masks and sanitizing stations available as well as the free beverage stations throughout the ******.
