Kairos Garda Hotel

It was a pleasure staying in this hotel. The service was above and beyond, particularly Miss Dianna at the front desk and Miss Oksana at breakfast time. The staff was wonderful and provided an excellent service, the hotel is convenient and nearby attractions for kids and families. Highly recommended, I wish we stayed there longer!

A perfect hotel close to lake Garda. We had a wonderful 2 night stay and next time will definitely stay longer. The manger (Leo) met us at check in with a smile, coffee and croissants, and was so helpful and friendly, recommending two beautiful towns to visit that we would otherwise never have known about. The room was quiet, comfortable and scrupulously clean. Breakfast was excellent and the lovely Oksana made fabulous cappuccino! Can't wait to return.

We spent 4 nights at the Kairos Garda and wanted to share the experience which is something we rarely do but we feel that our experience was so memorable that we have provided this review. From the moment we arrived on 28 June the service we received a professional, warm, and welcoming reception with a personal touch and this level of service and engagement remained at that high level throughout our stay. The staff work hard balancing the needs of the guests and customer satisfaction and running a hotel that is immaculately clean and efficiently run. Our trip coincided with our wedding anniversary something acknowledged by Bianca at check-in when we gave our names her smile broadened as she was filled with excitement referring to us as the ‘wedding anniversary guests’. We had arrived early so our room was not ready which we expected but we were welcomed and given a complimentary drink as we sat in the lounge area. Our room was spacious, clean and we had a lovely bottle of Prosecco and some snacks marking our anniversary. Thank you for such a special touch. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful and prioritise customer service in all that they do which is something demonstrated throughout all their engagement with the guests. This differentiates this hotel from other hotels especially those that maybe perceive themselves to have similar service levels to shame regardless of how many stars they have above the door. The location of the hotel suited us supporting our itinerary with access to local shops and services, a boat trip on Lake Garda and a visit to Gardaland all either a short walk or taxi ride. On our final day we had a late flight, and the hotel were more than happy to store our luggage until our taxi arrived whilst still looking after us as if we had not checked out. The quality of service remained the same again something not always evident in other hotels. We do intend to return to Lake Garda in the future and when we do, we intend return to this hotel. Thanks to all of you for making our stay so special and memorable.

Good room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff - would thoroughly recommend

We are a family of 5 who only came to Lake Garda to take the kids to Gardaland. We chose Kairos Garda Hotel because it was very well priced and in a great location to access Gardaland. We really enjoyed our stay here, it had recently been refurbished, rooms were basic but had all the amenities and were clean and well presented. We were able to park our car for free in the garage and enjoyed a buffet each breakfast morning where the service was friendly and helpful. Michela at the front desk was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She helped us with our Gardaland tickets which the hotel sells and recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner across the road which we went to 2 nights in a row. She gave us directions on how to visit other parts of Lake Garda and was always available to help if we needed anything! When we checked out we had another friendly staff member assist us. We enjoyed our brief stay here, we had everything we needed, rooms were clean and staff lovely.

Cosy hotel with everything you needed. Staff helped us with every our demand especially Martina that move us to another room with no problem. Breakfast is great with big variety of food. You can also park in garage for free.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel . We are a family of 5 . The staff is amazing and makes all the difference. They accommodated everytime my requests since 2020 when I first booked the holiday. They honoured the booking changing it several times due to covid issues. The main staff in the reception and breakfast are 3 lovely ladies . They went above and beyond. I have not ever come across to such a kind staff before. The hotel is very clean and newly refurbished. It is good value for money. Tasty breakfast. It is in a good location if you have a car to visit the theme parks. Easy access to the airports . I would definitely return.

Amazing staff, amazing breakfast and very nice place + my daughter enjoyed the terrace! Very close to Gardaland with amazing views around, quiet and clean! Easy to reach from Peschiera train station and with amazing food around for lunch and dinner, not compared with the hotel’s breakfast!
