Beautiful apartments and great location, easy to walk to various beaches and restaurants apartments are spotless and managed by a lovely lady - Nora who also sorted out a transfer back to the airport. We had four lovely nights there … we will be back

Good location in Cavtat. Room is tastefully decorated & clean. Safe in room 1 didn’t have batteries so wouldn’t work.Door lock on room 1 was temperamental needed to slam door very hard to get it to close, otherwise the room was great. Breakfast at Zino Restaurant was very good.

We stayed for 3 nights and this was just what we needed. Cavtat is so picturesque and Villa Faggioni is in a great location for restaurants, there is a supermarket nearby and also some gorgeous walks around Cavtat. We got a boat from in-front of Villa Faggioni to Dubrovnik which was a 20 euro round trip and took around 45 minutes - which couldn’t have been easier and enjoyable views along the way. We booked our stay fairly last minute so our room wasn’t the biggest (I think they do have bigger rooms available, but they had already been booked) but it just what we needed to use as a base for a few days and the bed was comfy! We found the staff lovely and helpful.

I stayed for just one night in the balcony room, with a great view, above the restaurant. I was hoping for a good night’s sleep prior to a very long flight the next day. There are a few distractions like early and late plane noise, actually most of the day, early church bells and some music from the sea frontage until quite late. Apart from that, a lovely lady Nora will assist you in every possible way and speaks 5 languages. The room was spotless, had plenty of storage space, a refridgerator, efficient air conditioning much needed in the summer months. I found the bed comfortable, but not the pillows. It is a pretty area with lots of tour options, a 100m enclosed swimming area 5 minutes walk and numerous restaurants to choose from.

Booked this for two nights in Cavtat ahead of a week in the more busy Dubrovnik at one of the big hotels near Lapad.We had what I would call a loft room.Quite small with a skylight window but perfectly adequate for two days enjoying beautiful Cavtat.Spotlessly clean and with efficient Aircon which was much needed.Friendly reception staff.We are in their restaurant for one evening meal on the terrace.Very acceptable.The main drawback to this place is the room access is via steep steps and then in our case a metal winding staircase to the top floor.We were immediately offered help with our luggage by one of the waiters in the restaurant .Very friendly and much needed as we had come packed for a wedding in Dubrovnik!There is no lift so be warned.If you are able bodied or travel light don't let this be a deterrent to booking a well located,friendly,clean and more bespoke stay that is in contrast to the big chain hotels in Dubrovnik.Met our needs for a few days as a comfortable base to enjoy Cavtat before transferring to the facilities of a larger Hotel.A very easy quick taxi transfer from the airport if arriving by air .Much appreciated for the independent traveller after the experience of UK airports and delays in the summer of 2022!

We arrived late due to flight delay but Thea was there to meet us & had put sandwiches & a bottle of wine in the fridge. Great location overlooking the waterfront & lovely comfortable room. Hope to return soon!

Be careful if you book this hotel, as we did eighteen months in advance only to have it cancelled at short notice with no justifiable reason. I’m sure the hotel is a very nice place to stay, although I would imagine there is a considerable amount of noise from the bar below and you have to be aware there are a lot of steps for access. Our cancellation really disappointed us and put us in a difficult position but hey Ho we found a superb hotel nearby that we will use again in September.

From the communication to the cleanliness of the room - absolute perfection. Tea, the manageress, was absolutely fanatic genuinely cannot recommend this B&B enough. Would love to come back one day! ❤️

For reasons beyond our control, we couldn’t fly home. So we had to quickly find somewhere to stay. And we found this place. They were very helpful and were able to arrange everything on short notice. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay here longer, the room was gorgeous! It’s also right by the sea front. We will definitely come back here next time we’re in this part of the world!
