基本設施是很齊全的，但是就是很偏僻的位置。當時到的時候天色已經有點晚了，就是什麼吃的都沒有。一直餓到了第二天早上。離到格雷梅小鎮中心有點遠，吃喝玩都要去市中心，可以讓前台叫車。老闆是一個挺和藹的老爺爺，然後早餐也會提供。但是沒有空調，白天會有陽光的時候很熱。

It was a nice stay. My friend and I were there, we booked for twin beds but seem to be something wrong with the room description in the *********** however the man who taking care of the hotel is very kind and tried to solve the problem, however the room was just average and nothing special, and breakfast was served really late. But the hotel is beautiful.

An excellent hotel that is worth the money it charges. Both the staff, the beauty of the rooms and the view... I can say that it is the best holiday I have ever had. It was nice to see the balloons pass close enough to be touched by hand. Thanks for everything.

Very good hotel in Cappadocia, the hotel owner is very helpful, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is very delicious. Our holiday was very meaningful for the owner and all staff. We would like to thank you

Perfect view and great room accompanied by exceptional service. I'd like to especially thank the person that welcomed us and took our bags and also the lady who cleaned our room, they really care about they do and are genuinely interested in providing great service.

Property had good view of balloons in the morning. The staff was helpful in the morning but was rude in the evening. The descriptions of the room was not true, we were supposed to have a king size bed and another bed but only had a double bed at most. There is no air conditioning in the room so it was extremely hot. Our jacuzzi in the room stank up the room like rotten eggs and we were not able to use it. Building too far from other things and would not recommend this hotel.

Capadoccia is a magical place, and it's worth staying in a "cave" hotel, at least once, because cave living is a feature of this region's history. It's a bit musty for me but something to experience. The rooms have fans to keep the air moving, but you may want to crack the door open as well. Caves don't have a lot of air circulation naturally. Breakfast is served on the patio and it's traditional Turkish fare and simple but tasty. Fairyland was a nice place to stay, perhaps not the very best location (we tried another cave hotel that had slightly better views of the nightly balloons we adored watching), and it was a good value. October is an excellent time to go so book early.

Stayed at the Fairyland Cave Hotel with my wife and 8 year old son.
Mehmet, the owner reached out before our visit and helped us arrange our hot air balloon adventure for a price less than we could find online and gave us splendid recommendations for sightseeing in the area (we had our own rental car). Equally important, the hotel and location were beautiful and atmosphere quite serene. Mehmet showed us old pictures of how he renovated the old caves into this beautiful hotel, it was quite amazing!
We travel the world extensively and highly recommend this hotel.

Memnun kaldığımız bir otel oldu.. tercihimiz büyük jakuzili odalarından olmuş idi , gerçekten büyük ve keyifli olmuştu bizim için. Odalar için sadece biraz fazla nem olduğunu belirtebilirim bu da mağara tarzı olduğu içinde olabilir , konsept gereği .. çalışanlar ilgili , ücretsiz çömlek atölyesi ve gezi rehberi için çok yardımcı oldular.. çarşaflar temiz idi , kahvaltısı tatmin edici , manzarası harika , balonları izlemek için ayrı bir noktaya gitmenize gerek yok .. çocuğumuz ile birlikte memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu bizim için .. kendi aracımız ile gittiğimiz için lokasyonu da bizim için çok iyi idi , her noktaya sorunsuz yakın bir mesafe de kalmış idi.
