The review should be from Sept. 1 - 8 2022. I had visited your hotel during the above dates. Prior to that I stayed at your old hotel next to your hotel. Which is in complete shambles. Serious concern for your future is critical, as an international tourist visiting your country you need to take into consideration the following points. 1. The Cuban families need to act accordingly when they vacation at your resort. I have seen these people take cakes to their tables, take all the food and wrap in bags to take and children putting their hands in the ice cream. I realize things are horrendous as far as supplies are concerned but we as international tourists pay good money to come to your resorts and in the end we need another vacation just to relax after that experience. If they acted in this manner in our countries they would be kicked out of the hotel. Who allows a customer to take all the meat or order 12 chicken for themselves or to take home? 2. I always enjoyed the use of the adults only pool, whilst there I saw kids and dogs and families picnicking by this pool so forget about a quiet pool and no kids. I saw 10 Cubans in the only hot tub smoking and drinking and making lots of noise. Cubans also yell a lot and make loads of noise and the kids run wild without being reprimanded. 3. The buffet is kind of a joke, the Russian and Polish people take all the food and push you aside not to mention drink all the vodka and liquor in general. 4. You need to tell your staff to serve only so much to an individual at a time, when I wanted a pizza I had to wait for 2 Cuban ladies to get their 12 pizzas, when I mentioned to the waitress she snapped at me. This should not be allowed. I just wanted one. We tip, they don't. 5. As far as things like toilet paper etc. go there is none because the Cubans take them home with them. If you want to have a hotel full of Cubans then keep doing what you are doing. The only way I'd go back at this point is if I stay at a 5 star hotel and they really don't exist. More hotel Managers and Customer service managers need to point this out to whoever you report to. I am also sick of Cuban people telling us what we need to tip. This is discretionary and is for good service. I was one of the first to arrive at your front desk and the workers were very unpleasant and made me wait, I was the last person served. This is unacceptable. I travelled 12 hours to be at your hotel. When I got to my room the phone was dead there was 0 water and I could not open my balcony door. The rooms should be checked and in good working order prior to a client arriving. If a worker receives coins from us they can easily get a Canadian to give them bills in exchange for coins, its not a big deal for us its still our currency. Just because its not paper doesn't mean its worthless to us, its the same. They say that the CUP is like toilet paper to Cubans and this is from the bus rep. taking us to your hotel, I find this
