Dobre jedzenie i napoje, piękna lokalizacja

Camera doppia grande ma sporca, struttura vecchia, cibo accettabile. Personale gentile. Wifi funzionante. Molto tranquillo.

I can’t say enough about this incredible resort!! The staff are absolutely incredible and make you feel like family. We loved every minute of this vacation. The entertainment was top notch and the food was great each day/night. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and it was never an issue finding an area to park ourselves for the day at the beach and also at the pool. Hot water every single day and the rooms were kept very clean. A huge thank you to the staff that made this vacation so awesome. Marbelys,Alden,Gaby,Asiel,and Yunior. All in all this was the best vacation we have ever been on. We will be returning for our wedding next year with the entire family! Can’t wait to see you all again!

We had a great stay. Staff were friendly. I found it odd that we didn't have face cloths or hand towels in our bathroom. When I asked for face cloths I was told that they didn't have any. Food was good.

Everything very cute. variety of activities and very attentive workers. The beach is very nice, the lobby is super cozy and the theater is very large and comfortable. every night they put on shows

Another amazing week at the Iberostar. Good food (as far as I know they ran out of pop, but that doesn't effect us as we are not pop drinkers.) weather was amazing, staff so friendly and the shows are amazing. Now the down side, there is a new (very green) manager who is not in the least bit interested in how happy his guests are. When speaking with staff, they are all not happy with him. He won't even speak to many of the staff, no good morning, doesn't know many by name. Which is really sad because you can feel tension when he is around.
