Entre a été stipule a 14 heures ,mais ils nous ont laisser rentrer à 16 heures
La nourriture a oublier..pire que a la cantine scolaire,

OBIEKTY HOTELOWE 1. Sunwing opisuje Roc Casa del Mar jako „Nowy Hotel” i 4 gwiazdki. TO NIE JEST nowy hotel i nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki! Według kierownika Waldmira ten hotel ma 7 lat. Wiele obszarów hotelu jest w złym stanie. Jeden obszar ośrodka nie jest nawet używany/zamieszkany przez gości. 2. Baseny nie są czyszczone, brakuje w nich pokryw odpływowych lub nie ma w nich wody. 3. Bezpłatne Wi-Fi na terenie całego ośrodka. Tak nie było. Podano hasła, ale nadal nie było dostępu do Wi-Fi w głównym holu ośrodka. W nocy niektóre ścieżki prowadzące do budynków nie są oświetlone. Jest to zdecydowanie zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa z oczywistych powodów; bezpieczeństwo osobiste i obrażenia. Brak oświetlenia i gęsta roślinność stanowią doskonałą kryjówkę dla osoby (osób) robiących coś niedobrego! 4. Łazienki w całym ośrodku stale śmierdziały moczem, mocz był na podłodze, a w żadnej kabinie nigdy nie było papieru toaletowego. W męskiej łazience na parterze holu pisuary męskie nigdy nie były sprawne. Nigdy nie zostały naprawione podczas naszego pobytu. W łazience kobiety na tym samym piętrze na siedzeniu i podłodze kabiny łazienkowej znajdowały się odchody, w których pozostawały przez ponad 24 godziny. To nie jest do zaakceptowania! 5. Restauracje zostały opisane przez firmę Sunwing jako „9 restauracji i 9 barów”. Otwarta była jedna restauracja bufetowa. W połowie tygodnia otwarto dwie restauracje a la carte. „Zachodni bar z przekąskami” był otwarty tylko do piątej, a „Wschodni bar z przekąskami” nie działał, więc nie było całodobowego baru z przekąskami. W głównym bufecie, który był jedynym otwartym, często brakowało jedzenia.

April 2024 Great time! Great food! Manuel and Julio made sure we had a great time! Great entertainment from their work crew. Food was amazing Very clean and modern resort Don’t listen to the naysayers! So happy with this resort

I was there with my friends, the food is very good, beach sooo beautiful clear water, the staff is amazing the best is the interments at night i dance every night the activities was soo fun i will come back for sure is the best resort specially Manuel the intertainer i mostly dance with him all the time ❤️

Very good hotel, I loved it for the architecture and also for the beautiful beach, the only thing I didn't see was a lot of people, few customers for this time of year and also comment that the staff is very friendly and ready to give a good service and if you want you can be well sure that the animation guys are always very good and especially Yordany from sales who we were talking to several times and is attentive And he was always good at attending to the needs.
