The resort is really good and clean, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was ok for Cuba The staff do their best to accommodate your needs, special thanks to Lisbeisy lobby bar, Yesenia and Sosa from the entertainment team and Lisbet from Sales. I will come back

Wraz z rodziną oraz przyjaciółmi byliśmy w hotelu w styczniu 2022roku. Naprawdę polecamy ! Jedzenie - smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na życzenie kucharz zrobił nawet naleśniki dla dzieci. Jeżeli czegoś brakowało natychmiast było uzupełniane. Dodatkowo hamburgery, hot-dogi oraz pizza przy plaży oraz na basenie . Bardzo dobre drinki . Pokoje - duże i czyste. Ale największą zaletą tego hotelu są ludzie. Wszyscy przemili, uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Szczególne podziękowania dla animatorów którzy z uśmiechem na twarzy robili mini disco dla jednego dziecka w hotelu a wieczorem zabawiali starszych gości. Dziękujemy za wspaniałe 2 tygodnie i do zobaczenia wkrótce !

This is my second time at Sanctuary at grand memories and we stayed for one week. We had an amazing time. Room was super clean and food was very consistent and plentiful. Food was a lot more consistent compared to the last time I came in December 2022. The staff were amazing. Our butler Juan Carlos helped make our experience very relaxing. The pool bartender delvis made the best drinks!! One of my highlights was getting a sandwich by the pool everyday. Definitely would recommend staying here and I look forward to coming back again! The staff here truly appreciate returning guests

All the staff was super nice, our butler Diego helped us finding everything we needed during our stay and was really sweet! Rooms are clean and the view is awesome, the pool and beach are also super clean. Everyone we meet is great to us and makes us wanna come back! At the pool cantina, Gorge makes delicious chicken sandwiches that we can’t wait to eat again:) Would recommend, one of the best places I’ve been in cuba for the price we paid

Had an amazing week at Sanctuary at Grand Memories! It was our first time there and cannot wait to go back! Felt like visiting family. The proximity to beach, pool, buffet were all an easy walk and the rooms were clean and well kept. Special thanks to our butlers Juan Karlos, Walter, Delvis and Gilberto at the pool bar ! Too many great people to mention them all. See you all in the fall! ❤️

I’ve been to Cuba three times now, twice at Sanctuary and once in Varadero. I cannot wait to go back to Sanctuary. The staff are so very friendly, it is safe and clean. There was plenty of food both times I went and lots of variety. As long as you are aware of the shortages and challenges Cuba faces and you have a positive attitude you will love it. The beach is beautiful, the food is good, the people are so kind and welcoming. I took condiments and snacks as these items are very limited not just at Sanctuary but in Cuba. I leave water I don’t use for the staff and their families.
