服務人員很友善熱情，CHECK IN很迅速，房間很大！
可惜其中一件房沒熱水！另一間房的廁所很臭而且有蟲！提前備註需要兒童澡盆被通知沒有足夠備品⋯⋯

Good: Location next to the mall was ideal. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Arranged a great tour and were always extremely welcoming. Pool and gym ideal for what i needed.
Not good- only one bathroom had hot water in 2 br suite. No cable working. Would of been nice-to watch tv at end of day. Called the engineers, but stayed in residences and in two rooms no cable.

KARL from concierge was AMAZING! Best customer service, he went above and beyond. Ensure youre booking the hotle not the serviced apar**ent as the apar**ents were not that clean and staff treat you different, like you are less than.

The units were not brand new but they were very clean (no cockroaches which is important for me) spacious, and had all that we needed to make our trip comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very good. We stayed for 31 days so realistically, sometimes there will be food items that are on the repeat. What makes staying here so special is actually the staff. They are amazingly nice, pleasant, respectful and very helpful. Special mention to Seira and Joyce from the business center who responded to all our concerns in a timely manner. Then to the Puso Restaurant staff John and Mark who always greet us with a smile and made sure we had our coffee and drinks ready when we have breakfast. The location is also very good, just a few mins walk away from Ayala Mall. We highly recommend booking here.

Quest Serviced Residences are actually part of the Quest Hotel. These larger apar**ents are just on floors 19-25. When I was initially looking at locations, it appeared these were separately located properties.
The rooms are very spacious and include amenities such as a kitchen, separate dining room table, bedrooms, and 2 baths (at least the one we stayed in). Location is adjacent to Ayala Mall. Check in is in the Business Area which is just around the corner from the main desk.

At first, my partner and I were in the hotel for a few days and the service was great. We then had a trip planned outside of Cebu City for a few days, We heard that Quest also had apar**ents so we talked to the staff in the business office about renting an apar**ent for 9 days when we returned. The apar**ent was spacious, clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff was pleasant and very accommodating. In fact, our entire experience with everyone, from the business office to the front desk, waiters, doorman, housekeeping, etc. was all positive. If we return to Cebu again, as we hope to do so, we will definitely put Quest Residences on the top of our list.
