Polecam 0,5 nocy przed wyjazdem do Ocean Jet. Fajnie jest mieć przed sobą SM Mall. Jest tani, śniadanie jest wliczone w cenę i ma dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Na pierwszym piętrze znajduje się również sklep spożywczy.

Proszę nie odchodź!!!! Ja i moi przyjaciele zamierzaliśmy zatrzymać się na chwilę na wycieczce z naszą czwórką, więc zrobiłam rezerwację w pobliżu SM Mall, ale od pierwszego zameldowania dostałam dwa pokoje na różnych piętrach. Wszedłem do pokoju mówiąc, że tak po prostu jest, ale jak tylko otworzyłem drzwi i wszedłem, nawiązałem kontakt wzrokowy z karaluchem i powiedziałem, że to Filipiny, więc po prostu go minąłem. Ale nawet jeśli mam włączony klimatyzator, nie chłodzi i lodówka w ogóle nie działa. Prysznic jest również spleśniały, a woda w ogóle nie spływa podczas kąpieli pod prysznicem. Problem zaczyna się tutaj!! Było już po godzinie dwunastej, spakowałem z przyjaciółmi późną nocną przekąskę i jadłem w pokoju, ale nagle ktoś otworzył drzwi i wszedł. Byłem tak zaskoczony, że boy hotelowy próbował wejść do pokoju z innymi gośćmi .Cieszę się, że nie spali do północy.Jestem taki przestraszony,jestem taki zdezorientowany,ale goniec hotelowy przeprasza.Zamknąłem drzwi bez słowa i wyszedłem bez słowa,zadzwoniłem na odprawa i skarga.Jedyne, co zobaczyłem, to kazałem zejść z paszportem, aby mnie przestraszyć) Kiedy sprawdziłem drzwi wejściowe, podwójny zamek również był zepsuty, więc była to sytuacja, która mogła się powtórzyć. dokonali podwójnego zameldowania, ale powiedzieli, że nie mogą zmienić pokoju (nie wiem, jak podwójne zameldowanie przeszło przez pełną rezerwację, a widzę to tylko dlatego, że nie chcę dawać nowego pokoju po o północy) Myślałem, że nie będzie odpowiedzi, jeśli spróbuję się dalej kłócić, więc po prostu podszedłem i prawie obudziłem się całą noc, a koce były czyste. Nie chciałem się położyć, ponieważ brud wciąż był na nich. Nie psuj sobie całego dnia, dokonując rezerwacji, aby zaoszczędzić trochę pieniędzy.Nawet jeśli kosztuje trochę więcej, polecam zrobić rezerwację gdzie indziej!!!!

Checked in at 5:40 PM, I booked for queen-sized but it’s not available they said booking isn’t guaranteed. So if you want to get the room that you want, check in on time. We settled in a 2 single-bed room for a night (Room 922) and requested to be transferred on queen sized bed the next day (Room 613) which took awhile btw, if you have errands transferring of rooms is a hassle. Anyway, room 922 was noisy at night as it is facing the port area which is in operation 24/7. TV was ok at first but later on it didn’t work, signal interruption. When entering the room, I always check the sheets first for stains and bedbugs. No bugs but the bedsheets had stains, I don’t know how they did their laundry but they aren’t doing a good job removing the dirt. When we were transferred to 613 the sheets were heavily stained, I requested it to be changed good thing they changed it right away. Bathroom tissue was low quality, bring your own if you’re very particular with tissues. Breakfast was mediocre. Wifi was spotty. AC unit worked well. Staff were courteous and location was good, just across SM Cebu/ North Bus Terminal. Will I come back? For location and just one night stay maybe yes. For other reasons, no.

The hotel is just ok clean close to the mall and the port area easy access to where to go by boat, just seem very strict the check in policy before 2 pm, the bed is firm pillow and blanket is soft, noise outside is minimal if you area in other wings, as there is 24 hrs bus terminal in front, there is also a sirens very loud noise several times not sure what is that about. The restaurant food is very low quality, the fried eggs seem cook yesterday look not fresh. Fruits is always papaya and water melon for 3 days I was there cannot even change for other selection. I ask the staff the pack my 1 portion as my companion is still sleeping I heard the woman quickly yelled to the person I ask to pack, "just only 2 pcs a piece and only 2 kind of meat" just made me irritated, there are only 2 mean course any way. I start getting dissapointed to this place.

I really love the ambiance there. The shower was really good and the bed was so comfortable. And it’s just close to the shopping mall so I find it very convenient.

We stayed 2 nights. 2nd nite better because teens weren't loud & excited like 1st nite.

wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend it to my colleagues.

The counters waiters attitude isn’t very nice, and we book a one big bed room but they just immediately change the room to 2 small bed room without telling us:) It’s very offensive😑 Also, the equipment and the products are all very dirty…… the sheet, towel, lamp,even the tv cant working…..😑 I won’t never come here again, the hotel has the reputation for three-stars but actually the level isn’t enough for a stars. Then the morning I’m using the cafes restroom when we had a breakfast time, their waiter turn my doorknob very hard, although the doorknob is obviously lock, such a rude behaviour.
