Lacking a few necessities in the rooms such as a kettle for coffee and tea, inconvenient for self are as there’s no mirrors at the desk or wall plug in the bathroom so trying to dry hair with a blower wasn’t ideal (which we also had to hire)

The area or the location of the hotel is very accessible and good for business meet ups. Simple and a very modest hotel and very comfortable. Also, its room rates are not that expensive.

Check in and check out process both commendable, very quick.
Room review: Bed and pillow were so comfortable to lay in. You’ll have a good night sleep in this hotel. It smelt fresh too. Cold AC and working television. Shower was also good, working shower heater. The room was spacious, paid $23 for a night, not bad. I’d stay here again if needed in the future.
Cleanliness: Some areas needed improvement. Wardrobe was dull and dirty. Dusty night stand. Also noticed the comforter has tiny ink stains. And the towels, they smelt nice like laundry/ good detergent smell but they need to do better with washing off the stains.
Breakfast: Had the bacon, rice and hard boiled egg. It was ok. I commend the staff for serving it quickly.
Staff: Very courteous and attentive.
Requested for a room with window, it was granted but no view 😂 All I see was a dark wall which made the room gloomy.
Elevator sometimes get crowded, will take a while to be used better use the staircase if you are in a hurry.
WIFI was bad, intermittent signal. And the entire day I didn’t have a good phone reception. So mobile data is useless.

The location is good, because it's near several establishments within Cebu City. They also had free parking subject to a first-come, first-served basis. In terms of service, they were very responsive to our inquiries and requests for assistance and acted quickly to serve us. Overall, it's good enough for budget travellers given the price. However, it's not thoroughly clean. They also did not provide hotel slippers, and the free breakfast was very simple and light. But I would argue that these are minor inconveniences for most people.

Location is great. Room has a window but no view but its okay since we book it only for resting purposes. Room is always clean every time we came back from a trip. Its great. Staff are very prompt and approachable. Breakfast is good. Will definitely came back and refer this to our friends., ☺️

the hotel is very close to cebu doctors, and hi precision diagnostic the only reason i like to stay this hotel, no particular amenities, they have elevator, they only give you 1 key cards just to save electricity as it use to power on the whole room, there is bidet in the room the ac is not functioning well, not cooling the room, they provide water despenser outside the room no kettle provided and coffee, the food free breakfast is provided in a plate a few selection, staff is accommodating. blanket is think enough and soft pillow firm bed.

I love the water dispenser idea to reduce plastic use. Can take hot, normal and cold water from the machine near my room 605. I felt so familiar when I decided to book a night here. When I went into the room I opened my email to see that I stayed once on 21 March 2019. Room is very large and comfortable although not new. The charming of the hotel and staff are still the same. Breakfast is set and simple. Restaurant is closed at 21:30pm so we had to walk outside to have dinner. Easy to find places to eat around the hotel. Near 2 Robinson malls at the roundabout and near a convenience store. Deposit 1,000 Peso. 7th floor has very high walls around so views are blocked. If they renovate, hope that they would make glass fences instead.

The hotel location is within 5 min walk to the osmena circle. The room we stayed in was not really standard, no amenities in the toilet nor mini bar, shaky toilet bowl seat, my wife killed a few cockroaches in the room within our 3 nights stay there.
