It was a little disappointing first, I had an early check in request which was not granted but they offered me an upgrade that i got because i had no choice i need to get inside the room because i was too tired from the flight that i had. Next, they said they would call every-night to asks guest what would be the arrangement of the breakfast in the next morning so they could prepare but even once i never received a call from them regarding the breakfast, hence, me myself will follow my breakfast arrangements, (Also wifi is slow in my room ) finally the one that irritated me the most is that i ask for a water from the operator (because they don’t have complimentary water daily) which took 30 mins from my call and i need to follow up with them before they gave me the bottles water. This is a very simple request for a not so big hotel which pissed me off because i myself also worked at a customer service field and 30 mins for just a BOTTLED WATER is inexcusable. I hope they would change. Would I comeback? Maybe not but lets see in the future.
