Located near to Ayala center and walking distance to House of Lechon, with few shophouses around it. Room is complete with a safety box, simple coffee, mini fridge, complete toilet amenities, bath tub, shower.

Very nice location, easy to walk to department store. The room was big, comfortable bed, I slept well . But there are not amenities such as facial tissue, shower cap, I had to ask for the maid.

The hotel is very nice and the room is very big.One thing is they don’t have lotion,cleansing etc..I don’t know maybe I just used from other hotel or another country like Japan that they provide all the skin care and other stuff like headband,shower cap and many more.Anyway,the hotel is very near in Ayala Mall and other places,so it’s very convenient.So far the hotel is very good and the staff have a good service.

Service is good. We were so disappointed that we were not able to use the pool. We were informed that this has not been accessible since the pandemic. It’s been more than two years, I believe that it should have been taken care by now. Mandarin Plaza has very good reputation.. It’s sad if your rating will go down because of the pool and the gym.

No Swinmmming Pool, No SPA Breakfast i Filipino Style, If you like it , its ok. Room is good, but the TV is out of Time, no Smart TV Bathroom and room is nice , The Floor Corridor has no aircon, so a little bit hot.

Very nice room and clean. Staffs were very accommodating. Unfortunately their pool was currently under renovation yet over all we had comfortable stay!

Most of the employees are very polite and helpful, the senior management team are not as good as the basic ones. Which is common phenomenon in philippines because of corruption and organized crimes rampant
