The staff was welcoming and available at all times. We enjoyed the easy access to everything and the ability to prepare food and snacks as needed. Easy check and check out too.

Very nice apartment! Close to the metro, has supermarket around and has pretty much everything you'd ever need. They also provided us with baby cot and high chair. Stuff is amazing, very kind and helpful.
The downsides: the mezzanine level is really hot, I mean it. There is no AC so first few nights were difficult to have a good sleep. The fan provided there was rattling but stuff kindly provided us with another one. It was quieter but still too loud.
Eventually they offered us to open the sofa bed on lower floor and that really made difference (but rendered bed on the mezzanine level useless)
Lower floor in our room has direct access to the garden and with blinds wide open the room is sunlit! What lovely mornings.

Convenient location, modern clean amenities, spacious apartment, kitchen, stylish, quiet, lovely garden. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Comfy bed and nice linens.

Fiquei alojada dois dias no apartamento Pousão e tive uma experiência fenomenal. O apartamento transporta-nos para outra era e faz-nos sentir em casa de uma maneira especial. Desde a decoração a todas as comodidades facilitadas, das grandes às pequenas coisas, tudo fez com que queira repetir a minha experiência! ☺️
