The food is average, the tip is forcibly included, the cleaning service is not very good, the clothes you send to the laundry when they are delivered to you are all wrinkled and the glass door of the shower is held on two hinges and they damaged and broke the door and it caused me small cuts and the hotel only reimbursed me 43 dollars in this hotel it was not a good experience..

Elegant and simple style. We like everything about this hotel easy check-in not even 3 minutes time and had my room key ready. Located in a nice and safe area in Celaya and very convenient for shopping and food places. Definitely coming back again!!!

Actualmente el mejor Hotel para hospedarse debido a su ubicación y a su atención personalizada de las personas que laboran en el mismo lugar, cerca de la plaza y con opciones de desayunos , comidas y cenas , excelentes , cuanta con un estacionamiento techado y areas muy limpias y espaciosas , pero lo deslumbrante es su amabilidad y atención que brinda la gente que ahi trabaja , saludos y gracias

El servicio es bueno, el hotel esta funsional y las instalaciones se ven nuevas, el unico problema fue que la regadera estaba con poca presion y poco flujo de agua, y no salia agua caliente, ademas de que no especifican que la alberca no es climatizada, ademas de que estaba sucia.
