First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my room. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrades.

When I arrived they had problem with room key. I had to wait awhile to check in but hotel staff were very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Overall it was very good.

Stay was without issues. Ricky at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The hallways of the hotel smelled bad, the cleaning fluid or air freshener used is too strong and not pleasant. Ordering room service should be very easy, but it was not and I had to go to the restaurant.

Pool area was the only ok feature..Housekeeping is terrible. Poorly cleaned and restocked rooms.
Rooms are LOUD! Front desk was poorly staffed.
******* is worthless once you make your reservations.
Tried numerous times to contact this hotel prior to arriving to let them know our flight was delayed and we would be checking in very late. 7.5 hrs of repeated attempts and no one would answer the phone.
Called ******* customer service for a different contact method and they were the rudest individuals on the face of the earth. I will never us this third part system again. Once the sale is made, they want nothing to do with you.

The resort's front desk Ricky provided exceptional service, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. Ricky was courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. A welcoming atmosphere and quick assistance made for a delightful stay. Suzette was also pleasant very helpful and extremely welcoming.

Great hotel that is located close to all Disney and sea world parks. Also close to shopping. Safe and clean. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out process. We always stay here during our visits to Orlando.

We stayed an extra night in Florida after our cruise. We chose this one at the recommendation of a friend who lives in. Celebration.
From the front desk to the restaurant staff to housekeeping...everyone was super nice and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful...especially the pool area. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was HUGE! Perfect apot for the extra night stay!

Our stay at Melia was fine. The people were kind and the room was comfortable, for the most part. For some crazy reason they ran out of real coffee in the rooms (decaf only), and then the machine in the lobby wasn't working. Not a deal breaker, but coffee is important to my routine.
Also, I reached out to the hotel with a question before our stay, and noone responded.
It was fine. The restaurant served quality food and the people were nice.
