Stayed here for 10 nights with a group of 15 people, we were all of the same opinion. With the exception of two perhaps three members of Staff this Hotel is very impersonal. The Bar staff always gave you the impression they had more important things to do. We ate our Breakfast in a Conference Room with a 100 yard walk to and back to the Buffet Bar. We ate in the Restaurant on one occasion only..Coaches came in most evenings, were gone early next morning but these travellers were given priority over our group constantly. We got the impression that we were an inconvenience to them. Never the less we enjoyed our stay there because our group was good company. Not once did the Manager, ( do they have a Manager) inquire as to our well-being. The reception desk was like a walk in centre, the staff completely changed every few hours. Very little care or attention payed to the Guests. Final verdict, Could and must do better.

Für einen Städtetrip nach Celle sehr gute Unterkunft. Kompetentes und freundliches Personal, Zimmer in Ordnung.

Ok für eine Übernachtung. Frühstück war ausreichend, Standard, bei uns im Preis inbegriffen Was man leider sehr bemängeln muss, ist die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Dicker Staub, Knies im Badezimmer, verkalkte Armaturen. WLAN funktionslos, keinerlei Internetverbindung möglich. Nettes Personal

Hotel mit Parkplätzen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Gutes Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension. Ruhige Zimmer ausreichend groß. Nettes freundliches Personal. Kleine Sauna. Fahrstuhl. Barrierefreie Dusche.

Wir haben ein Freundinnenwochenende in Celle geplant und es hat uns wirklich richtig gut gefallen...das Hotel ist top, die Zimmer groß genug und sauber, die Küche sehr sehr lecker und das Personal unglaublich nett und gastfreundlich....wir haben ein wirklich tolles Wochenende in Celle erlebt und das Hotel mit ihrem tollen Personal hat einen großen Teil dazu beigetragen! Vielen Dank dafür.

Sehr hellhörig. Zimmer dunkel, altes Mobiliar. Personal sowohl beim Frühstücksbuffet wie auch an der Rezeption total überfordert!!!!

Gut zu erreichen. Viele Parkplätze und immer was frei. Nähe zur Innenstad und Fußgängerzone.

Wir sind mit dem e Bike angereist, hier ist noch Bedarf zur Unterstellung der Räder inclusive. Ladestation . ausserdem war der Weg zur Unterstellung recht dunkel . ansonsten hervorragendes, freundliches Personal
