Hotel Unistar

I booked the hotel in early February 2023, for 16 days as we were coming from abroad. There’s no free bkfst, as advertised on the site and it’s very expensive. Hotel staff was very friendly, and helpful. We tipped the staff daily. We got laundry and ironing done with the cleaning personnel and the rates are skyrocketing. I still can’t get over the brand new shirt worth 2699 rupees) was soiled with other clothes. We ended up giving him the shirt to keep. The staff is helpful by providing hot water and electric kettle. In my opinion, if I’m checking in at midnight February 27 and checking out on March 14 at 8pm, then I should not have to pay for extra day. As I’ve paid for the day I checked in. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks

When it comes to booking a room for myself I generally don't mind spending on a very side and quality too. But when it comes to going out with my mother the case doesn't remain the same but still a bid budget stay depending upon the number of days I am going to spend in a particular city. So, was going through a lot of properties on *********** for my night stay but there was some or the other odd thing missing everywhere ( as I do my pre checks on multiple sites in terms of customer reviews). Finally, I stumbled upon Hotel Unison which was apt for my budget and requirements too. Booked it just a day prior to my arrival with my check in time between 8-9pm the next day that too without paying any pre deposit amount as given on the website for ***********. The next day got a call from Mr Ajay confirming our arrival time and too deposit a bit of booking amount ( for which I said no as there was no mention abt the same on the website and he agreed). Post our arrival at the property we were attended by Mr Ajay smooth check in process and we were given the option to check 2 rooms with Triple occupancy as per our requirement. We selected one room of our choice from the two shown options. Rooms were very spacious in regards of the price one gets charged for though a bit of work is required in the rooms here and there. The only biggest drawback is the mattress they were too springy which would mean problem for people with back pain. Our package was ₹2100 post the discount with breakfast ( which was aloo ka parantha and bread omlette for the day) included in the package.

Very Bad Room (Looks like very old & never maintained), Blankets looks likes used for ***y times, Dirty bathroom Reception perons's behaviour was rude. he is not ready to accept my passport as ID Proof, he told me "Get rooms or go out side if i am not ok with their behaviour" This will be my first & Last time in this Hotel Only the Good thing i found here : Mr.Room Boy👍 Guys there are ***y Good Hotels available in Delhi or Nearby in this rate or cheaper than it🙏 NB: Read the First & last image
