It was ok. I booked a king size bed, was given a twin room lower floor.
The room show signs of abuse and marks of rust and bubbles on the walls.
The pool is nice but very dirty of the leaves that continuously fall from the surrounding pool trees.
Stay is pleasant. Food is a bit expensive. 1 beer is almost the same price of 1 dish.

Not too bad of a location. But we ask for a non smoking room but given a smoking rm. Never had set of toothbrush when we were told 2person. Other are all well.

On a short notice I had to extend and then cancelled my extended stay and received the full refund with no hassle. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, they are proactively asking if you need any assistance in any interactions I encountered.

All the food, including breakfast, is excellent, and the staff's service is very satisfying. The swimming pool was fun and made good memories.
I stayed with my family for my birthday. I didn't get the birthday service I requested.ㅜㅜ However, the request for a quiet room was accepted, and there was no noise inconvenience caused by the guest, but I was unable to sleep throughout the stay due to the sound of prayer.
If you want to feel the local area of Indonesia, not the city center, choose here.

Good security and hotel service was very good. Location was up the hill, not so easy to walk around but ordering from food delivery is easy. Hotel room is nice and new. Will visit again.

Beautiful hotel with its greenery and winding pools. Location is excellent along a not too busy street.
The reception was attentive to our needs. Assisted us when I needed medical care, there is a hospital nearby.
They kindly extended our check out time as our flight was in the evening.
Breakfast spread was excellent and so was the in room service.
