the bed was uncomfortable because the metal from the mattress came out so it hurt like a needle was stabbing. two rooms were the same. I tried to talk to the receptionist about the mattress but only said ok the technician would come but there wasn't one. I asked for a glass 3 times and the answer was waiting. 😢 Regarding the time, it says come in at two in the afternoon bqecause the room is not ready. But I asked for Sanaan's discretion to come in early, he said it was OK, but he had to pay 100k. It beats a five-star hotel. And the female receptionist is very rude and arrogant.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Came with a large Indonesian family ( about 13 people) just to celebrate two birthdays after Ramadhan. We had been here before -we had a Penthouse ( 3 bedroom) and a three bedroom apar**ent. Facilities are old but spotlessly clean and well maintained -staff all including security very helpful-breakfast basic but always well stocked and tasty food my friends liked it--and Indonesians can be difficult about food-we had a great stay -we will be back. Overall a great stay-man cleaning room great plus restaurant manager .

Нормальное место, хорошое кафе, персонал молодцы, бронировал через приложение получилось дешевле, заселялся глубокой ночью без проблем. Встретили накормили проводили все супер за эти 💰. Спасибо до свидания.
