The location is in the alley, so it is a bit narrow, but there are many rooms inside.. the cleanliness is super, although the guesthouse class is similar to a 3-star hotel. The air conditioner is cold, with the price of 130 is very worthwhile, the facilities are the best

Room soundproof needs improvement.
Room hygiene requires more effort. Mosquitoes and ants were found at my room on the 8/F.
Two nights being bitten and cannot sleep well.
Bad smell at the bath.
Room is too small, but price was justified on that.
Hotel lobby is too small thus car must reverse for finishing the roundabout.
???Weird design: located the QR code (for hotel service/ menu) at the bottom center of the table. Please ask the hotel manager to try on working at those tables.
Highlights: breakfast provides fresh juice (pineapple, carrot, red dragon). 10 seconds walk to DP mall. Kids play zone is decent and nice. 3 min walk to Lawang Sewu.

WwilzkanadiStudio 55 has a very lovely layout and great size. With a sofa bed, and one big table to work or have dinner in room.
Big appreciation for the hotel to let us check in 30 minutes earlier and check out 60 minutes later (based on room availability). The service was great and staffs were friendly.
Breakfast place is small (around 10 tables only). Tried to go around 8am, it was full and had to wait, so I came back around 9am and it was nice ambience. Great food, they had indomie in the menu.
Parking area is very limited. Valet is necessary. It’s free, but most of the time it takes time for your car to go out and in.
Overall it’s nice experience and I will stay here again in this room type again.

CChristiawanThe issue regarding the WiFi. The WiFi tends to reconnect all yhe time on my iPhone 15 Prowhile particularly it was connected before. While it cannot connect at all on my Macbook and my Samsung Galaxy S22. This issue did not occurred on other POP hotels I have visited in other cities. To be honest this is irritating. The service was well. The amenities was not great either but its ok for I bring mine. WiFi was the issue. As a digital nomad. You can rely on.

GGuest UserI asked workers to change my room because my room was too noisy due to the live music in front of the hotel. The receptionists instantly addressed the issue and introduced a new quiet room.
And I asked to finish the laundry earlier than usual because I needed to leave the hotel earlier to catch the flight. And, the receptionist also handled this quickly and delivered laundries on time.
I can't appreciate enough their service and hospitality.

NNouveau82Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around.
Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.

PPhilippe888I was not expecting such company (ACCOR) or website (CTRIP) to use fake picture to sell a room. When we chose a worldwide brand, we are expecting to get a worldwide standard, which is a fair value for money and knowing what we can get, no more, not less because we have a well known and accepted standard ... that we can trust. The rooms at 2nd level were definitely out-of-date not to say anything else and not the standing of a Novotel.

JJimmy NurdiWe stayed 4 days in this hotel (28 Dec 2023-1 Jan 2024).
1. On the 2nd day before I left, I asked the receptionist to tell Housekeeping to clean our room, and I also complained that the bathroom in our other room (I booked 2 rooms) was always flooded with water. When we returned to the hotel at 10 p.m. It looks like our bathroom hasn't been cleaned, it looks like there's only been a change of towels. I saw that the towel was torn and faded, and the shower room was still flooded with water when I showered. After I complained again to the receptionist, the technician came to fix it, and at 23.15, the housekeeper also came to clean the bathroom.
2. On the 4th day morning, we also complained to the receptionist, that the Air Conditioning in our room 129 was not cold, but no technician came. Until 3 o'clock in the morning we couldn't stand it because our room was very hot, and we asked to change rooms. But the receptionist so many excuses, and it wasn't until 4 am that we were given another room. This is very bad because we couldn't sleep all night from 31 Dec 2023 to 1 January 2024 at 4 am.
Due to that problems, I asked the hotel to please refund our 4th day payment because we couldn't sleep well, due to poor service.

The only downside is that the parking lot is so narrow.

BBackupThe location is very strategic, in the middle of the city. The price is affordable. The building is also still new. But the AC isn't cold, and the downside is something you really need to consider: if it rains, it floods! I've read reviews about flooding, I don't think it will be a problem. Turns out it's troublesome
