Hotel Sno Edelweiss

Very easy and comfortable experience though the space is asking for a bit of care. Staff super helpful and kind though longer helping hours would be easier. All in all happy with our experience, super well located and completely fuss free with lovely helping people that make the whole difference.

good experience, good location, clean, friendly environment, clean bed clothes, confortable, silent, quiet, close to trekking and nice hiking trails, also friendly for kids, very pet friendly, wonderful view to mountain. we will recommend and go again.

SUPER BUEN TRATO y clima de confianza, excelente la cocina, y generosa! Los desayunos tipo buefette, lo mejor para subir a la montaña con todas tus energias. Los colchones muy buenos, se descansa fenomenal! El personal muy amable, y sempre dispuesto y facilitanto.

This is probably the 6th time we have been to the Edelweiss, the 2nd time as Sno Edelweiss. When it was a privately owned hotel it was really lovely, we stayed in the hotel (not an apar**ent), it had a family feeling. Now as Sno Edelweiss it has opened up to children’s school skiing trips and as a result we cannot stay in the hotel, we can only have an apar**ent. The 1st apar**ent we had was very nice, clean, balcony with a good view and well appointed. However this year, although we were in a 2 bedroom apar**ent, it was tired, poky kitchen and bathroom and insufficient cooking facilities. It was, however clean with nice linen and towels. Bare in mind the hotel is full with children during the weekdays. The staff were lovely, as they always have been, but we are leaving our options open for next year.

We have been coming here for a few years and the apar**ents are great. However, be aware that the staff are nonexistent and when they are around they are the least helpful and unfriendly people you will find.

Perfecta relación calidad precio, habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Ofrecen un desayuno buffet que es muy completo para el precio que tiene el alojamiento. La única pega es que es un poco ruidoso dado que las habitaciones no están bien aisladas. Repetiríamos sin duda.

El apartamento es confortable y cálido, con todos los utensilios necesarios, cafetera y sartenes. Las camas, sabanas y almohadas buenas. Terraza confortable con buenas vistas. Lugar tranquilo y limpio. Buena atención en la recepción.

Colchón cama matrimonio se hundia mucho, faltaba paño dd cocina, agradezco que puedan ir mascotas pero comparando con otros alojamientos caro 20 euros noche mascota. El resto bien, amplio, las terrazas fenomenal. Recepcionistas de 10.

La calefacción estaba a tope en todo el hotel y hacía demasiado calor, incluso en la habitación después de haberla apagado la temperatura era muy alta. Debajo de las camas había una capa gruesa de polvo y suciedad junto con una variedad de objetos olvidados de huéspedes anteriores. El hotel estaba tan solo a unos metros de la estación de esquí, lo cual fue bastante práctico.
