도로와 인접하고, 주차장이 건물바로앞이라서, 가방꺼내옮기기 좋았어요. 그런데, 와이파이가 약하고, 욕실사이즈는 안작은데 샤워부스가 너무 작고, 청소상태가 좋지않았어요.

Seconda volta in questo hotel.
Prima volta,( capitati per caso) tutto perfetto, accoglienza, camera (110) etc..
Seconda volta, accoglienza fredda ma cordiale (altra receptionist), camera super rumorosa (118) con musica della vicina discoteca nelle orecchie fino a circa le 3 del mattino.
Bagno con doccia rotta (bagno allagato) e doccino non fissato.
Francamente ci sentiamo di consigliare questo hotel perché il personale è di una gentilezza disarmante! Il signore che si occupa della colazione di una cortesia e proattività che difficilmente si trova!

I am very disappointed with this Hotel as it didn't have a working air conditioning during our stay, even though they advertise at *********** and their webpage as having it. I complained several times to Hotel's front desk and they said they they were working with their technical depar**ent to fix it. Nothing was ever done since we requested it a after our first night at the hotel. The only thing they did is to put a fan in the room, that was their solution to the problem. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of the heat as summer moved in. Decided to move to another hotel and shorten our stay, but the Hotel decided to apply penalty for the whole stay. What about the fact that they cheat their guests offering A/C when it doesn't have it? Apart from the fact that breakfast items run our early and you have to end up with a very limited assor**ent of foods. I really advise guests, to avoid this Hotel, specially if you are sensible to heat during the night. (it was around 30"C)

At a crossroad between central Europe and Italy, it makes sense. Easy tofind, secure parking, a revamped decor and a good breackfast. What else would you need?

Pasamos 4 agradables noches, el hotel está muy bien, buena cama, sabanas/toallas y habitación limpia,... en general todo bien. Además también tiene un buen desayuno. Todo el personal muy agradable. Tiene buen parking, está cerca de las carreteras y un súper justo al lado. Nos sirvió de base para visitar la zona del lago Como, hicimos dos días completos en el lago, en cuanto su ubicación para ver estar zona, nos pareció bastante adecuado, a unos 20 minutos de Como en coche y poco más por ejemplo a Lenno donde podrás dejar el coche tranquilamente todo el día y salir en barco. Desde aquí también fuimos a Tirano (algo menos de 2 horas) salimos a las 5 y llegamos bien para coger un tren a las 7.40 en Tirano. En resumen, para nosotros un buen hotel, lo recomendaría y repetiriamos.
