All the hotel staff is great, especially Mae, who arranged to have our laundry done for us, speaks fluent English and is warm and very helpful. The retaurant deserves a Michelin Star. We were there for a week and ate 5 times! (It's not open on the weekend.) After a month in France, we found it the best consistently wonderful food at a great price. The breaskfast is also first rate. The location was perfefct for touring all the great out of the way palces like Vitre, Fougeres, Josselin, Dinan and others and also the more known attractions of Mt. St. Michel, St. Malo, Latte and Cap Feral.

bien situe en périphérie de rennes chambre grande et literie de qualité l accueil du veilleur de nuit avec le sourire idem pour l accueil du matin toujours un sourire et service je conseille cet hôtel pour séjour sur rennes ................

Je trouve les avis bien sévères. Pour notre part, nous y sommes allés le samedi 26 août 2023, les demandes concernant une chambre au calme et lits jumeaux ont été satisfaites. Les chambres très propres, un calme comme j'ai rarement vu dans un hôtel mais il faut dire que cet hôtel travaille surtout avec les entreprises, le samedi, il n'y a pas grand monde. De fait, il n'y avait que 4 petits déjeuners et nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du buffet mais tout ce que nous avons demandé a été apporté. Nous n'avons pas voulu le petit déjeuner en chambre, on nous l'a donc proposé en salle. Je recommande cet hôtel notamment le week-end avec lequel nous avons eu une paix royale, il n'y a eu aucun bruit. Je ne ferai que 3 petits reproches, il n'y avait plus assez de gel douche près de la baignoire, ça ne devrait pas arriver mais celui du lavabo était bien rempli, la clim se coupe automatiquement la nuit sans doute par souci d'économie et le buffet n'est pas proposé quand il n'y a pas assez de clients mais il reste néanmoins copieux et conforme à notre demande. J'y retournerai sans hésitations

Nous avons pris une nuit du 4 au 5 août pour arriver à un mariage le lendemain dans la région. Nous avons l habitude des Mercures mais celui là j avoue ne pas comprendre les quatre étoiles.... En tout premier nous demandons un étage élevé et recevons un mail comme quoi notre demande est bien précisé en compte. Nous arrivons belle surprise parking situé devant l hôtel. Nous faisons le check in et la chambre au premier étage sans possibilité de changer. Ok bon cela ne servait à rien de nous envoyer ce mail donc. Arrivé en chambre premier constat dégât des eaux au plafond avec une odeur pas très sympathique. Deuxième constat lavabo bouché et le meilleur pour la fin la douche dans un état désastreux avec de la moisissure noire.... Bref un Mercure des années 90 non rénové tout juste entretenu..... Tres honnêtement il y a trois autres Mercure en ville essayer plutôt ceux là.

Un séjour de 4 nuits, un accueil correct, une chambre propre, une machine nespresso mais pas de capsules, si les trois usagers dans la machine, une seule bouteille d’eau sur les 4 jours, pas de double de serviettes, une cuvette cassée, un robinet démantibulé, une douche à 1m70, je mesure 1m88, un petit déjeuner Certain jours avec une sorte de jambon ou fromage, certains jours un seul pain proposé le tout facturé 18€… Un statut Gold non reconnu. Mérite t-il ses 4 étoiles 🤔
