The home has a spacious open floor plan with cozy living room and dining area with extendable table.There is a gas heating wall sleeve furnace for chilly nights. It's working ONLY as a heater, not AC. We don't have central AC. Only window units on a loft and living area. We have portable fans in each bedroom and living room. The sandy beach is great for swimming or fishing for panfish, largemouth bass. We have a fishing boat, canoe, 2 stand up paddle boards and kayaks.. .We are dog friendly!A one time $100 dog fee is required for the entire stay. Well behaved dogs only. ONE dog limit allowed.
