Winter weather can be unpredictable in Island Park, and without 4-wheel drive, you may find yourself stuck until a snowplow can get back out to the area. Also, a note to ATV/Snowmobile riders that recreational vehicles are required to be on the designated trails and never on personal property. The HOA at Centennial Shores will fine property owners if renters ride off trail or use un-built cabin lots as their riding destination. If a violation is reported, renters will be charged a $75 daily fine for each incidence.Note to summer/fall rentals:We are on a reservoir so water levels will start dipping in late July due to irrigation and current drought conditions.
