Cela fait deux ans que nous réservons dans cet établissement et jamais déçu.
Personnel agréable, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner varié

Stayed at the hotel in transit across France. Very useful location, lovely staff. Hotel old and needs updating.

The good: reasonable rate and easy access from motorway. Good restaurant across the carpark. Nice grounds with play park and terrace.
The bad: property really needs refreshed. Staff overwhelmed or undertrained. Check in took forever with a lot of confusion over what we had paid via *******. We were allocated a room that was already occupied when we entered it. That’s inexcusable. Reception allocated us another room but this experience left us uncomfortable.
VIP benefits were not honored.

The hotel is nice but the heating wasn't working and we left a charging cable in the room but when we rang the receptionist said it hadn't been found!!

The hotel was amazing, the location superb, but the reception staff should reconsider their day jobs... After a 6h drive, I'm tired and would like to feel some kind of friendliness, or at least a greeting when i get to the hotel. Instead I was welcomed by a lady who couldn't look up to say hello, no smile, no warmth, no "hope you enjoy your stay"... she was miserable and clearly didn't want to be there...
On the checkout, same thing again lady wouldn't say hello, smile, nothing... and then had to wait 30 mins whilst she sorted out a financial issue with another customer. There were 3 of us waiting in a queue, whilst 6 other staff members kept walking in and out, but none would attend to us... Maybe I was unlucky, but the service really shocked me and it's a huge shame, as I don't want to go back to a place where my family and I don't feel welcome...
