The toilet was stopped up!! When you cut the air on, water gets all over the floor!! The roaches are bad!! They showed me a room that had nothing in it!! Garbage was all over the hallway!! Microwave didn’t work.

The hotel room was occupied with roaches in the room. The were ate breakfastbyablekktchen was, they were crawling everywhere they could smell
Food so fast an come from every corner. They do need some some strong chemicals urgently

Room was dilapidated with many broken and missing features. There were also roaches in our room. We slept with the lights on and sealed all our belongings. Didn’t have a choice but to stay our first night in town. Found another hotel first thing the following day.

Owner and manager so nasty with communication. Tv wasn't working but a day. Elevator always broke smell like piss in the stairways. If you complain you eventually get kicked out

Front desk staff bring their kids to work & cry, run around, & blame customers when staff leave early. They refuse to do their job, provide clean towels upon request or ever! Maintenance requests ignored! Microwave & electric stove didn't work! No hot water! One staff member always closed early, brought her 2 very young kids to the office, always yelled at the kids, offered them to random customers, & always responded instructing to return or ignoring & walking away without a word.

Room pretty good, clean clean clean, Everything clean, under bed, behind the bed and more. Smells great. Closet clean. Foors clean, walls clean. Curtains clean, fridge and stove, microwave CLEAN. Bed comfy.I checked another room not so good. No towels ,no soap, far better then local hotels close by. Great evening staff.
