We have been going to Champaign for my daughter's school for the last four years and this was the first time at the hotel. I wish we would have stayed sooner. Beautiful hotel, room, and very nice service staff.

Couldn’t stay because they weren’t up front about not accepting two dogs in a room. They said dog friendly without specifying that means one dog. We travel with two well mannered Golden Retrievers. 6 pm on a Friday night: I’m at their front desk and either I need to rent a second room for the second dog or find another hotel—on short notice. Found a really great new Hampton Inn but had to fight with this hotel continuously to get money back.

這個酒店不錯，環境和大堂很棒，停車方便，衹是酒店早餐有點太早結束，九點已無餐可吃。

住了一週，前台服務最差的就是安娜，還特別歧視華人。6月6日晚八點，我們在綠街target買了一些日用品，當時天下着小雨，我們剛到對這裏不熟悉，就求助安娜能否請酒店派車來接一下，答應的很好，開車5分鐘的路程，等了40分鐘還沒到，再打電話説再給登記一下，多氣人😡。我們當時為了方便來接的車看到我們，就早早的在門外等着，還淋了一身雨，能不能接我們早點説，何必這麼折騰人。另外，我們辦了三次續住，兩次都是安娜辦理的，每次續住另收取我們的按金，以前的按金都要到最後退房時一起退，多次重複收取，而在第三次辦理的時候另外的服務員卻沒有收取。我也不知道這個酒店執行的什麼規定，是專門華人的嗎？活見鬼了😢😢

방도 크고 깔끔하고 호텔 내부도 깔끔했어요. 가장 좋았던 점은 조식이 무료인 점입니다. 아주 알차게 구성된 조식메뉴였어요!

I enjoyed the location, very close to campus. The front desk staff was especially friendly and made such a nice effort to welcome us. The room was very nice, but I did find a couple of hairs in the shower that were not ours so knocked off a star unfortunately.
