比較舊，不推薦。房間設施陳舊，沒有想象中那麼好。而且客房服務也響應不及時。早餐比較簡單，飲料還需要交費

Worst experience ever rooms are so smelly, dust everywhere staff so rude and furniture is in a very bed condition even the room tiles have gap between them. We could also see fungus on the wi dow the towels which where provided where already dirty

the worse stayis ever had in my life. Here is completely fraud going on . They are taking a huge amount of tariff with guest And put it on their pocket and write a small amount of tariff on the reg card . We were check in at night 15/03/204 at 12:10pm the person at night Mr. Rahul Thakur took 3500 in their account and mention on the reg card 2000 tariff. As well as he chnged our mobile no. and check in time (10:30pm of 14/03/24) this time we did not enter in chd…. If you are still choose this hotel kindly take your final bill copy with u and check the tariff….

Rooms are in soo poor condition! Worst hospitality and unhygienic conditions of the room I Immediately made a checkout within 10 mins after entering the room! The price we are paying is ridiculous for this hotel! The staff is so weird with the customers

Hotel located well, about 20 mins from airport. Though rooms are good size, the bathrooms need upgrade. Tiles were dirty and there was black mould in ***y areas . There was no hot water when we used the bath before our early morning flight We had room service which was prompt and tasty Hotel is good for an overnight stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Chandigarh and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The room I was assigned was in poor condition. The furniture was worn out, the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It was definitely not what I expected. The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and uncooperative. When I tried to address the issues with the room or request assistance, they were unresponsive and lacked proper communication skills. It made me feel like they did not value their guests' comfort or satisfaction. One of the major letdowns was the lack of food provided. A hotel should always have food available for their guests, especially if they advertise it as part of their amenities. It was frustrating to have to go out and find meals elsewhere, especially when I was expecting the convenience of having food on-site. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The state of the room, the uncooperative staff, and the absence of food made for an unpleasant stay. It's important to have a comfortable and welcoming environment when you're traveling, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in those aspects.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our last night travelling North India, we’d stayed at some great places until this hotel, and this one was the dearest. On arrival they advised that the room i’d booked was small for three even though I’d booked a 3 bed room and offered an upgrade for 1,000 rupees, so I thought not bad and paid the difference. The room was very basic, in desperate need of upgrading, no TV channels, bathroom was dirty and the room in general did not look like it had been cleaned. The door was just about hanging onto its hinges. Hardly no choice at breakfast and staff didn’t seem to know what to do, even getting a cup of coffee was a nightmare. On check out we mentioned that we were dissatisfied with the stay and staff were not interested and just shrugged their shoulders. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed and would not return
