Food was good but there are very limited options of food in breakfast also. In the room there is no iron you have to ask them and then they will provide you

This is a well equipped property with all amenities. Rooms are spacious and staff is courteous. This was overall value for money

I stay for 2 days with my mother and i pay almost for 5star room it was not, door of the room was not properly locked i told them and they told its like this only even they don't think that they should change room they dont, then i ordered food and room service staff behaviour was in attitude like i ask him for mutton has smell he react like in bad mood sometimes its smell just to confer m i ask him he was like why smell its mutton no smell in bad mood he says. Very bad stay better to stay in small hote than this atleast they listen you.

Room is clean and spacious. Food at the restaurant is delicious as well. And the staff at the reception is quite kind and helpful.

The location is excellent and the garden view is amazing. The room is good, but they had to add an extra bed, which made it a bit cramped, because they don't have rooms designed for three or four people. Facilities were good, nice swimming pool, good dining room. Quite expensive.

Property is old and poorly maintained. Door handles were falling apart, room 148/146, plumbing quality poor. Staff was not well trained either.

Pathetic rooms and specially the washroom.. I keep traveling for business purpose and this time we booked this hotel and it’s the last time I’ve stayed here. The room definitely needs an elevation as the furniture is so old and worn out. Washrooms are not clean and the WC and basin seem to be recently fitted with cement as you see a think layer of white cement applied to it.. food is not so good…during our breakfast, the waiter came to our table and without asking picked up our plates while we were eating…. Very disappointed with the overall services.
