The Piccadily Hotel in Chandigarh’s central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. With its comfortable accommodations, friendly and attentive staff, ensuring a warm welcome. The excellent on-site dining options offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes and the best part they have own microbrewery best craft beer. Overall, a highly recommended stay for both business and leisure travelers looking for a pleasant stay in the heart of Chandigarh

The staff is the rudest you can find in an establishment hotel. Doesn’t feel like Piccadily in totality. The reception staff was sleeping when we arrived. Also the staff didn’t entertain any requests inspite of calling before hand about early checkin.

First we were given Room Number 206 to be exact and while we were in the we called housekeeping as we needed some glasses and on the first go no one answered, 10 minutes later on the 3 rd trying calling them they answered and took 20 minutes to bring the classes to our room, Later we discovered our rooms Bathroom door doesn’t look so asked them to change our or fix it, again no one showed up for 30 minutes then they took another 20 minutes to try to fix it and at the end gave another room, then when went out for food and. when we came back late at night around 1 AM the room door didn’t unlock with the hotel card and then we had to back to the reception and as them to assist us and we were told someone will be there in 5 minutes and again we had to wait for 30 until the guy showed up who was going to fix it for us, and he only unlock it for us but didn’t fix it, and upon arriving the receptionist was very rude while asking for ID’s, Overall my worst Hotel experience.

We found rooms decent and clean, however food was below our expectations. I would rather choose some another property for next time.

The overall food is good and staff is also good. But hotel needs renovation on basis. And the lightning in the room is very low.
