I had an excellent experience at the hotel thanks to their super friendly front desk. Despite my limited Chinese speaking ability, they were very patient and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy ambiance that made me feel at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with super soft linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. Overall, I was impressed with the high level of attention to detail and customer service provided by the hotel staff.

I would like to have a pat on their shoulder for both 郭辉煌 & 芦惠 for such a wonderful client experiences during my stay with my wife. The while check-in process was seamlessly awesome. The explanation and instruction given were great too! They let me have a free upgrade to a better room because the room I have booked has run out. Well done and you have made your hotel proud. To the management, please also give them a pat on their shoulder too.

This hotel is very convenient and I felt comfortable staying here. This is my second time here. The environment is very good and the location is also very good. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. The room had no smell, but overall I was quite satisfied. There are scenic spots around the hotel. It's more convenient to go anywhere. You have to swipe your card to enter and exit the hotel elevator, which is relatively safe. Our cute robots deliver takeaways pretty quickly.

Hotel location is around 30min walk to the Orange island and Huangxing Road. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. It is also clean and hotel staff are friendly. I want to book to this hotel again when I will go back to Changsha.

A gem of a hotel, close to shops, bars, night life. Hotel staff very helpful and speak English very well. The coffee lounge is a great idea, you can sit and relax and use the facilities at will. The hotel was good, location perfect right next to wuyi square subway. Lobby is nice but rooms a little run down. Wallpaper is damaged or peeling and maintenance of things like bathroom extractor fan is poor, probably contributing to the damp issues affecting the walls. But a perfectly ok last minute booking

The front desk service is very good, there are various scented teas in the lobby, and there is also a special snack exhibition hall for customers to taste at will. The various red banners hanging are full of New Year's flavor, and there is also a bullish statue of a golden bull ~ very good. The elevator is very fast. Even if you live above the 30th floor, it should be full these days but there is never any delay. The twin room is very large, with a big bed, a hanging room and a sofa. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, equipped with disposable bath bags, bath salts, disposable toilet seats, etc. Although it does not look modern, it is very warm and comfortable. It is more convenient to go shopping in Wuyi Square. If you return, take bus 3 or bus 109 and get off at Bayi Bridge, which is just 200 meters next to the hotel. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and walk 200 meters to Hunan Mifen Street, where the tea is delicious. The only drawback is: the floor drain smells bad! The bathroom exhaust fan was not turned on the first night, and the smell was terrible. Later, I closed the toilet lid, covered the floor drain, and opened the room door to ventilate the room better. This problem needs to be solved.

I wanted to stay in Changsha when it opened in 2022, but because of the epidemic, I didn’t come to Changsha as often as before. I finally stayed in Changsha recently. The service is impeccable and the price/performance ratio is extremely high.
