Urba International Apartment (Chaozhou Ancient City Archway Street Branch)

Location is very good, out of the crowded area but within walking distance to the historical city center. West Lake is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The street in which the hotel is located has many shops, restaurants and eateries. The hotel is new and well maintained. Sound-proofing is good, there is no noise from the street. Reception staff is efficient and kind, both check-in and check-out have been smooth. Considering the price, facilities are very good. Wi-Fi is working very well, stable and fast. No any negative aspect, just a suggestion for improvement: there is a small but quite well equipped gym room, however some equipment is out of order. A little effort on maintenance would be a chance to earn full marks... :)

前台小姐姐都很熱情，態度都很好，很細心周到，很棒👍🏻 設施：不太行，沒有烘乾機，大廳早餐太差了，只有簡單的白粥雞蛋還有粿條，不值得自己花錢買早餐，卧室裝修電梯裏面都很粗糙，唯一的亮點就是智能家電。 衞生：很好很乾凈就是灰塵很大 服務：非常好，前台接待很熱情，特別特別喜歡 價格：很便宜！性價比很高，但是畢竟一分錢一分貨，不能期待太高
