Nice hotel. Simple no fridge in room and needed to be vacuumed. Was a nice big room and it was quiet but getting to the 4th floor was a pain 2 different elevators. Loved room service! Friendly staff.

Location was great. Hotel was lovely, a bit hipster-ish for our taste (but again, lovely). Staff was great. Thought that the $35/day amenity fee was ridiculous- just charge a fair inclusive price. A solid stay overall, but will probably stay elsewhere next time

We loved the amount of space in the room, the decor, and the location. We were able to walk to everything! I only wish the little pool was heated.

I did not like having a $60. destination fee added to my bill but especially thought the $49. per night parking fee was way over the top. Adding up to $158. of added charges for out two night stay. This hotel was not worth the $550. for two nights.

Our only complaint is the duration/distance of the walk from the front desk area to the 40’s block on the Hasell Street side of the hotel.
All else was very good 👍

The staff upon arrival was exceptional and treated us really well. She wxplained all the amentieis including a welcome cocktail at reception.

There were water bottle filling stations and minimal single use plastic items! Loved that. Such a cool chic vibe and super easy to walk downtown

The rooms were directly outside the very loud restaurant/pool, when I opened the curtain, people were 2 feet away staring at me! Plus it was loud all day until 10pm.then a surprise $35 "amenities" fee on top of paying $240+ for this hotel. Don't stay here unless you're under 30 and not going to be in the room.
