Was placed in a easy location to get to and leave from. It has numerous shopping areas and restaurants

Hotel was aight lil out dated but all in all was okay. Definitely close to a lot of activity though.

Had a 430 checkin time but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that we couldn’t check in due to the rooms not being ready. There were several couples ahead of us not to mention that we encountered unfavorable weather conditions outside so we were at the mercy of being stuck in the lobby. No courtesies we’re offered due to our inconvenience as we were only there for one night. Better can be done.

The checkin was horrible, but the room was decent and clean. The area behind the hotel is sketchy, but conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping areas.

Very late check in after5:30pm. Noise all night long, loud music until 4:00am.
Restaurant said it was open at 7:00am no one there. Front desk help not pleasant. They would not let us stay later so we could get some sleep.
Restaurant wait staff very polite as was the security super nice and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel. It has gone from a five star hotel before the hurricanes of 2017 to a two star hotel now.

Rooms shabby and not well equipped. Breakfast room depressing and slow, poor service. Hotel is way too expensive. Rooms at front are too noisy from traffic noise.

Nothing unique. Room was average - bathroom terrible.
They tried to remodel but failed in bathroom. New TP holder, but old one still hanging on wall.
No electrical outlets to plug in devices. Only 1 on the lamp. Breakfast room is the only restaurant- only open 7:00 -11:00 a few days a week. Service was poor, a long time to get a cup of coffee.

I had no phone in my room we have to keep asking for towels. The lightning in the room was poor. TV was not user friendly. The night staff we nicknamed Glen had poor customer service. Trying to watch the football game the Sattilite knocked out. The entire place was just dirty. The taxi service that parked out front, Alvin was calling us dem black people thinking we were not going to pay thd fee he charged. He did not have a card machine. We barely had cash with us. The was closed, the restaurant closed at 11.30 good luck to us if we are late raisers. I will not stay at this place no more

It was convenient to what we needed. AC wasn’t working in our original room. It took them a while but they finally got us a new room. All in all it was fine for an overnight stay.
