Parking spaces could be wider. South people love travel in large SUVs, vans and tracks. And all that skinny to fit in a feet of space between cars. Ty

Pretty disappointing. The staff member was ordering Chinese food while trying (and failing, twice) to get my card properly swiped for incidentals. There was no "shelf" to place one's toiletries in the shower. And it smelled like cigarette smoke as one walked in the door. Would skip next time I get stuck at / by the Charlotte airport.

Unplanned stay after an airline error and we were so happy we did. Staff encountered were friendly and accomodating, airport transfer gentleman was a pleasure to talk to. The breakfast lady was a little unsettling when she told me I had to move from the condiment counter to prep my meal and then stood there like a hallway monitor, eagle eyeing everyone but hey, we all have our days I guess. Thanks for being a relaxing place to land after a very unpleasant day traveling.

Shuttle took forever to pick us up at the airport. Elevator broken, pool not working. Floors filthy everywhere and the tile in our room was sticky. On the plus side, the shuttle driver gave an excellent recommendation for a place to catch supper and took us there and back.

Clean and comfortable beds. Facility dated. Breakfast not available at 6 am as advertised. Hard time getting through to get an airport pick up

Great for access to the Charlotte Airport. You couldn't be closer! Very good restaurant next door in the Holiday Inn makes this a super convenient place to stay.

The air/heat was obnoxious more on than off. The cardboard cups for coffee- ick - its like drinking wine out of a plastic cup. The plastic utensils were a tough call for the waffles. This day and age when we are trying to do less plastic should be noted with the hotel.
