Nice Hotel-- had everything I needed. Great stay!

This is a very decent hotel. Not sure if I would return. Its a bit dated. No automatic doors for those with luggage. Front desk process is extremely outdated. One very old elevator inconveniently located. You cant charge items to your room. My bathroom had dispensers that were empty. Decent location off the interstate. Pet friendly.

The property was okay. We were only there for less than 9 hours. The only issue was, upon arrival, they notified us there was a parking fee. This was not stated anywhere in the information I received about the property.

Had a great stay, definitely coming back. Area is convenient to just about everything. In a less busy area but still accessible to any attractions.

Here are some issues we had after 10 hours of travel w/ 5 kids in two including one less than 2 years old: 1. Our check-in time was extended because the folks working at the front desk, while very kind, were having trouble getting the payment platform to work so they could scan my card for the $150 deposit they require for any damages caused to the room. 2. When we finally made it into our room we found several issues - the first of which was bugs. To be more specific, we found cockroaches and eliminated them as soon as we found them. 3. The kitchen cabinets were clearly dirty. 4. None of the interior doors shut properly which made things difficult to keep sleeping kids asleep should anyone need to exit a bedroom into the common room area. We almost opted to leave doors cracked open; however, they would swing open entirely so that wouldn't work either. 5. The common room tv remote did not work and probably needed batteries replaced. I attempted to do this myself, but the battery door was screwed to the remote. 6. Several outlets would not allow an item to completely plug into them. Instead, they would only go about 3/4 of the way into the outlet which did supply power, but it is also a fire hazard. 7. There were food remains underneath the pullout couch cushions. All of this was reported the next morning upon checkout only to be told by the manager on duty that someone "would look into all of that." We will not return.

Property was very nice and the room was super spacious and clean. I would definitely be back.

The property itself was very clean. Our room was semi clean however, when I pulled back the mattress to check for bed bugs (which I always do when staying in hotels), there were fruit snack wrappers and lots of crumbs under the mattress at the head of the bed. Also, on our 2nd day there, they ran out of clean towels. Very disappointing. The staffer told my partner that they had no clean towels on the property after he dropped the towels in the dirty towel bin. That was very annoying. It was a decent stay, but I’m not sure we will stay here again.

Loved the staff ms.candice, and matthew well all frint desk staff was awesome. And being that i work at a hotel before i am so grateful for them being attentive. Wish the pool was open but look forward to coming back when its hot enough so we can do barque pit with smores

We stopped on our way through Charlotte. Checked in late. Staff was courteous and informative. Room was clean with more amenities than expected. The only negative was no conditioner in the bathroom.
