Hotel à environ 15 mn a pied du Futuroscope, propre. le personnel est accueillant et souriant.

Property not as described on the web site. The kids games room was full of old mattresses and the pool was closed. Hotel was generally unclean and the bar was unstaffed most of the time.

The Altorea is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we travel a lot every year. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the staff helpful.
It's on an excellent sutuation for the motorway system.
We will certainly stay again, and highly recommend it.

AC did no work.
Nothing but beds and bathroom. Ie no refrigerator, iron board, glasses etc. That you would expect from a hotel that rates it self as four stars

An excellent overnight stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and superb restaurant. All for a good price, what else could you ask for

Room was ready late and was not an accessible room as requested (I am a wheelchair user). Room was changed but it was very small which made it difficult to manoeuvre my wheelchair. Although there are no facilities in room to make a hot drink, there is nowhere to get a hot or cold drink in the hotel until the bar opens at 5pm - we did ask at reception but were told we could not have a hot drink until that time. The dinner in the hotel was lacking in both choice and quality. On the plus side, the staff were polite and pleasant and the hotel was very clean. Not the place to stay if you are in a wheelchair, our room was too small, the pool inaccessible and I was unable to watch my family play miniature golf as that area was also inaccessible. Would not stay again.
