The Hotel was perfect .They had a little reconstruction going on with rhe hall going to the pool area but it was okay we could entrance through walking around so no biggie. We really enjoyed our stay and we will book here again when visiting Chattanooga.

We are here for a baseball tournament at Camp Jordan and the location is great! Lots of options for dining between here and there. The hotel is very clean. The pool was a great bonus after a long day at the ballpark

Checkin was delayed. Staff did not know which rooms were clean and which were not ready. Had to sit in lobby for close to an hour while staff tried to figure it out.

In all fairness there was a sign that they were under renovation. However, that did not explain the trash on the floors in the elevators, sticky and dirty floors in the room and the dining area. While the fan/heater in the room was very noisey it did help drowned out the noise from the highway. The room we were in was spacious. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Our check in by Kimberly B was fantastic, she has great people skills and you right away feel very comfortable being there, she is very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. The room was clean which is a priority for me and something I really expect, we weren’t disappointed. Our excitement was the 3 foot deep hot tub, oh we loved it they have an Olympic size pool that is very nice too. Our stay overnight was quiet and the breakfast buffet in the morning with a fireplace in the middle was just such a cozy experience. Checkout went great when Kimberly B helped us again and was able to answer another question I gave her with knowledge and again very good customer service. I would recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone and my recommendation is not easy to get unless the experience is fantastic.
