Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianfu Square (Kuanzhai Alley)

I’m extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is easy to access, the room is clean and big! Big thank you for Xiao Chen(小陈) and Xiao Zhou(小周) for their warm welcome! I got cute welcome gift, and they upgraded my double single bed to queen bed and single bed for free! I feel blessed! The breakfast is also really good, the serve both Chinese and Western food style! Sadly, I didn’t have time to eat breakfast as i need to catch my train. I asked Xiao Chen and Xiao Zhou to prepare a takeaway breakfast for me early in the morning, and they did it nicely, the other guy in the Reception also let me to take any food I want while they were preparing for the breakfast, what a pleasant stay! I feel so sad to stay here too short, definitely will be back again in the future!

Great location to be able to walk to different areas or catch the subway. Room was comfortable but a lot of noise and very thin walls. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Shower water could be hotter. Otherwise if you want a cost effective stay with good breakfast and really friendly staff then I would recommend this hotel. A lot of restaurants around it and about 1 km walk to kuanzhai alley or jinli. Where you can get amazing street food.

Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Especially restaurant section Miss 小王 and Miss 陈姐. They are very attentive and always on the lookout to help guests with coffee machine, food and everything.

It is nearby attractions such as the People's Park, Kuan and Zhai Alley, Tianfu Square and the Chengdu Musuem New Hall. For visitors looking for halal food, there are plenty of options nearby, including the famous Maruming Niu Rou Bing.

Will be nice if have more fruits options for breakfast. The location is great just 8 min in comfortable walking to metro station.

The room is very dusty. When u on the hair dryer, you can see the dust circulating around the room. Need to clean up the room thoroughly. Food was good. Service provider by 小王and 陈郡 was excellent. They are fast and responsive

Hotel is clean and tidy and I like the service during breakfast. Breakfast is great, had varieties and good service from Xiao Wang and Chen Jie. The reception is also very helpful and polite. The only issue I have with this hotel is the bidet at my room is not working.

Wonderful 4 nights stay. Staff members professional n welcoming. Special thanks for Miss Chen from reception who called a taxi for us using her own mobile after our overseas registered app failed to work. Ms Chen from food n beverages for preserving vegetarian food for us. Ms Zhao, also from food n beverages, your genuine n heartwarming smile has become a fond memory of HI Chengdu
