Average was good but the attitude of the front desk was bad when we told the phone line was down.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at throughout my China trip. Clean room, spacious, great toilet, comfortable bed. The receptionists were all really helpful too. The hotel is near to many restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. If this is your first time travelling in China, just book Ji/all seasons hotel or hanting hotel, you probably would not regret
Would definitely stay here if I am back

4月2日入住酒店，當晚就發現洗澡時地漏不下水，並且浴室封條漏水，導致水位一高就直接漏到房間去了，都是自己用紙巾擦乾。4日早上報修也沒有得到解決反而情況變嚴重了，當晚洗了七八分鐘出來發現大半個房間都是水，放在地上的鞋子、箱子、拖鞋、袋子表面全部沾水，向前台説明後讓我們換房間，讓機器人送了張房卡上來，沒有人上來協助及瞭解情況，晚上11點理箱子擦水折騰了接近兩個小時。由於5日行程變更需要多住一天，實在不想一天理兩次行李所以選擇續住，直到退房也沒有人解釋情況或主動致歉，更別提優惠或補償方案。酒店的位置很好，保潔阿姨前台服務態度也較熱情，但在處理客訴方面還需加強。
