This was the best hotel i’ve ever been to in china. The service was extremely friendly and the free laundry service was very helpful. They upgraded me for free and let me check in early in the morning. I will definitely come back here

Stay was pleasant however it would be better if the staff could inform us of the necessary information like breakfast timing and where was it located proactively. There was a tea set in the room with no tea. I thought it was just for aesthetic purpose didn’t knew that i was suppose to ask them for the tea leaves. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was also great and spacious love the aesthetic design of the room.

We had a lovely time here!! Staff was super helpful and gave us a free upgrade too. The place is lovely and it was perfect for sightseeing in Chengdu. They were also very attentive with little things like giving us an umbrella when it rained etc. we also used the laundry service which was great as we’ve been travelling by for two weeks around China - very attentive, I’d love to stay again and would recommend to everyone!

This place is absolutely a hidden gem, very zen in a central location in Chengdu, easily accessable to numerous food and entertainment options. The staff were so friendly and helpful, showed me around room options even and provided very detailed advice for my travel plan. Highly recommended for solo and family travellers for an escape to the quiet after exploring the city.

very comfortable and beautiful stay! the friendly staff upgraded our room and helped us with the free laundry service, ordering **, etc. the breakfast was also very scrumptious and nourishing! located near 文殊院, the hotel is very new (opened in 2024) and the room is so clean and high-tech. loved our stay and would come back again!! highly recommend!

The most important thing in the hotel is the attitude towards the guests and the location! It was all wonderful. The staff was very attentive, they were constantly interested in whether everything was fine with us. You can always contact them and they will help. The breakfast is excellent and varied. All sorts of compliments from the hotel. The room is clean, spacious, has everything you need, the renovation is new. The hotel has an iron, washing machine. There are many shops, cafes, metro nearby. Near the center. We had an amazing time in this wonderful city and country. Thanks again to the staff, you are the best! We will be glad to return. Prosperity and success to the hotel and all its employees!

Spend 3nights, feel like I've a house in chengdu 😁, ancient traditional hotel but very impressive, only the fridge need to be more cooling during hot weather. We want to thanks for the all receptionists who r very helpful n kind. One more things welcome drinks is so delicious n free 4 bottles water everyday. So recommended..
