Very nice location, terrace, the receptionists speak a very good English! Dorms are really small, noone really cares about others' sleep, phones' tones on, and the cleaning is approximate

If I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay to this hostel, Taikooli can be reached within minutes, plenty of restaurants, it is literally next to a small market so you can just grab fruits easily. The receptionist were also so nice and helpful, they also have a luggage room, so it's safe to say they are quite popular. The room and bathroom were clean and nice, the AC is quite old but it works. They also provide an electric blanket, so freaking nice 😍😍. As you can see, you will also get many plugs, so no need to wait if you want to charge all your electronics.

Awesome place, stayed here several times here over the years. Just recently noticed they’ve improved the facilities a bit, added a breakfast bar, and have a cafe/bar on the rooftop with weekly event including a open mic comedy show i performed at

Simple hostel with basic amenities (towel) provided and is in chengdu central area - walking to malls, pedestrian street, food, and metro. Wifi is ok too. Breakfast is limited - better eat out. Choose the private room over dormitory for more comfort.

Cheap private room at hostel with ensuite bathroom. Room quite small but clean, a bit noisy at night. Centrally location, near restaurant, minimarket, fruit market, shoppingmall and subway station. The reception also nice

This hotel's location is very convenient, near subway exit E1 Chunxi Road station. It's easy to travel anywhere in Chengdu. There are busses to and from airport 24 hours. Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Xiaobo and Xiaoyu. They also offer tours.

Pretty good hostel, good value. Staff were all so lovely and helpful, really helped me feel comfortable, plan some trips and were fun to talk to and joke around with. Excellent location only a few minutes walk from the metro and shopping centre. It was quite social given how quiet it was and how few foreigners stay (apparently much less now than before covid). Pool table is fun, Rooftop bar is a bit expensive (especially for coffee) but nice, they held a stand-up comedy night during my stay which was a good social event. Cheap laundry and lots of room to hang it up on the rooftop. The bed was quite comfortable, (curtains appreciated) and the bathroom was fine. Dim lights and funky concrete floor try to hide the fact it's not the cleanest, but honestly it's not bad. Easy to find, its on the 3rd floor so you'll see the sign and then just get the elevator/stairs from there. Overall I had a great time, would stay again.

Great location, very close to Chunxi road metro line 2 station, about 6 minutes by foot after getting off E1 exit. There are both up and down escalators so convenient for those traveling with heavy luggage. Fruit sellers are everywhere and there's a fruit market directly downstairs from the hostel. The room was clean and housekeeping came by to clean and give 2 bottles of water every day. If you hang the do not disturb sign on the door, they will leave the bottles outside your door. The room was in a nice tatami styled layout with a comfortable bed and a window you can open for fresh air. Also, there is an elevator, reception is on level 3. Hostel is locates within walking distance from the Jin River. The biggest issue I had was the ventilation. The room itself was a non-smoking room but the smell of cigarette smoke will permeate the room through the vents in the bathroom if someone was smoking. I would break out in coughs over the smoke smell in the afternoons and wake up choking at night if someone had smoked. I was on the fourth floor (top floor) and above me would have been the rooftop, so not sure if the cigarette smell was coming from above or below.
